Do you know that department specific, maximum three BT Deduction are available to each DDO, besides general deduction appearing in eSalary monthly BT deduction. Get them register through your treasury, if required ? (option->IPAO Master->Create DDO Misc Deduction).
Attention DDOs
*eBills facilitates you for processing and submisstion of online Bills. Please note respective DDOs are responsible for entitlement /correctness of any Bill/Arrear Bill or payments authorised to employee/individual.

Switching over to Online Billing system From March,2016.
All IPAOS/DDOs are requested to Check the Data before verification of Bills.
Salary heads to be checked.
One user with one role (DDOs may get user from respective IPAOs).
Scale should be mapped with employee as per designation.
eSalary Code should be unique.
IPAOs should intimate in case employees are not available in the system.
