As per FD OM Fin(C)-8(7)-1/2021, the DA (Dearness Allowance) rate has been revised to 53% for NPS subscribers and from 38% to 42% for others. To apply these changes, recalculate allowances using the options available in the DDO Menu, and ensure that the DA and NPS subscription details are correct.
Note:
If an employee has opted for OPS (Old Pension Scheme) but the GPF number has not been allotted, and the DA rate appears as 50%, follow these steps:
1. Remove the PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number) associated with the employee.
2. Recalculate the monthly salary by pressing the Save icon next to Basic Pay.

If you encounter a GPF number that has been mistakenly assigned to the wrong employee, our system will alert you with a message stating "GPF No is Mapped with Other Employee." To correct this mapping error, simply access the Report Menu and use the "Search Employee" function with the GPF Number. The system will display contact details for the employee, DDO, or concerned treasury for correction.
