If you encounter a GPF number that has been mistakenly assigned to the wrong employee, our system will alert you with a message stating "GPF No is Mapped with Other Employee." To correct this mapping error, simply access the Report Menu and use the "Search Employee" function with the GPF Number. The system will display contact details for the employee, DDO, or concerned treasury for correction.

For Correct DA Rates - DDOs are required to convert Service Type of Judicial Officer and for correction contact respective treasury.
